Dr. Efstathios Christodoulides holds a PhD in Sports and Social Sciences and an MEd in Physical Education from Semmelweis University, Budapest. A Fulbright Scholar and Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, he currently leads the BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Sciences programme at the University of Central Lancashire Cyprus.
He serves as Country Lead for the International Physical Literacy Association (IPLA), National Anti-Doping Educator with the Cyprus Anti-Doping Authority (CyADA), and is a UKAD Accredited Educator. Dr. Christodoulides is also Co-Chair of the UNESCO Chair on Governance and Social Responsibility in Sport and contributes actively to Erasmus+ Sport projects. He is affiliated with UCLan UK's Research Centre for Applied Sport, Physical Activity and Performance.
