Professor Dr. Stevo Popović is an experienced sport and exercise scientist with over a decade of interdisciplinary research spanning exercise science, physical anthropology, and social anthropology. He earned his PhD from the University of Novi Sad and completed postdoctoral studies at the University of Ljubljana.
At the University of Montenegro, he leads teaching and research in sport and health sciences, with expertise in course development, project leadership, study design, and science communication. He holds senior roles in national and international projects and serves on the governing bodies of several academic and professional organizations. Renowned for his collaborative approach and solution-oriented mindset, Professor Popović is dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary knowledge and practice in sport, health, and human performance.
