长期致力于教育出版工作，参与了国家“十一五”“十二五”“十三五”规划教材建设。总体负责“十三五”期间各大体育专业教材体系建设，策划的教材涵盖多个专业领域，如全国高校体育教育专业统编教材、社会体育指导与管理专业系列教材、体育经济与管理专业系列教材等。

Feng Fan has extensive experience in educational publishing, playing a key role in national textbook development under China’s 11th, 12th, and 13th Five-Year Plans. During the 13th Five-Year Plan, he led the construction of sports discipline textbook systems, overseeing educational materials for various professional fields. His work includes national unified textbooks for physical education majors, series for social sports guidance and management, and sports economics and management.
