王志强，武汉体育学院党委常委、副校长、教授、博士生导师。
国家体育总局“优秀中青年专业技术人才计划”培养对象，国家体育总局“十四五”时期体育决策咨询专家。兼任中国铁人三项运动协会副主席，中国体育科学学会体能分会副主任委员，湖北省大学生体育协会副理事长。作为田径国际级裁判，先后执裁世界大学生运动会、残奥会、亚洲锦标赛、亚运会等国际田径赛事；作为铁人三项国际级裁判，先后执裁世界锦标赛、青奥会、雅加达亚运会、东京奥运会等国际铁人三项赛事。

Professor Wang is a distinguished sports administrator and judge, honored under the National Sports Administration’s “Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Professional and Technical Talent Program.” He advises on sports policy for the 14th Five-Year Plan.
He serves as Vice Chairman of the Chinese Triathlon Sports Association, Deputy Director of the Physical Fitness Branch of the Chinese Society of Sport Science, and Vice Chairman of the Hubei Provincial University Sports Association.
Internationally, Professor Wang is a certified athletics and triathlon judge, officiating at major events including the World University Games, Paralympics, Asian Games, World Triathlon Championships, Youth Olympics, and Tokyo Olympics. His expertise bridges elite sports management and top-level competition oversight.
