张瑞林，北京师范大学教授、博士生导师。
全国高校体育教学指导委员会副主任，国家体育用品工程技术研究中心主任，中国体育科学学会体育管理专业委员会副主任等。曾任吉林省体育局局长、党组书记、吉林体育学院校长等。国家“万人计划”哲学社会科学领军人才，全国文化名家暨“四个一批”人才，“百千万人才工程”国家级人选，国家级教学名师，国务院政府特殊津贴专家等。

Professor Zhang is a nationally recognized leader in physical education, sports management, and engineering innovation. He serves as Deputy Director of the National Steering Committee for Physical Education in Higher Education, Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Sporting Goods, and Vice Chair of the Sports Management Committee of the China Sports Science Society.
His previous leadership roles include Director-General of the Jilin Provincial Sports Bureau and President of Jilin Sport University. He has been honored as a National Leading Talent in Philosophy and Social Sciences under the “Ten Thousand Talents Plan,” a National Cultural Master, and a recipient of the State Council Special Government Allowance.
Professor Zhang’s career reflects a rare blend of academic, administrative, and technical excellence in the development of China’s sports education and industry.
