张新安，沈阳体育学院运动健康学院院长，博士，教授，博士生导师。
研究方向：运动健康教育教学、肌肉骨骼系统的运动康复机制。主持及参与国家自然科学基金项目4项。近年来，在国际知名刊物SCI来源刊上发表学术论文50余篇，出版专著1部、参编教材4部。荣获辽宁省教学名师、辽宁省优秀科技工作者称号，获辽宁省本科教学成果奖二等奖1项、辽宁省职业与继续教育教学成果奖一等奖1项、辽宁省研究生教育教学成果奖二等奖1项、获辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖一等奖1项。承担课程《运动机能测试与评价》被评为辽宁省一流课程。作为专业负责人，运动康复专业获批辽宁省一流专业建设点。

Professor Zhang specializes in sports health education and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He has led or participated in four National Natural Science Foundation projects and published over 50 academic papers in internationally recognized SCI journals. His scholarly work includes one monograph and contributions to four textbooks.
He has received multiple provincial honors, including Liaoning Famous Teaching Teacher and Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker. His awards include the First Prize for Vocational and Continuing Education Teaching Achievement, Second Prize for Undergraduate and Graduate Teaching Achievement, and the First Prize for Natural Science Academic Achievement in Liaoning Province.
His course Motor Function Test and Evaluation was recognized as a provincial first-class course, and under his leadership, the sports rehabilitation program was approved as a first-class professional construction point in Liaoning Province.
