A distinguished professional in Physical Literacy and Sports with over a decade of experience, Dr. Amit Malik, has significantly contributed to physical Literacy advocacy,  education, training, and implementation across India. His work collaborations span government departments, not-for-profit organizations, universities, corporates and schools.

As the International Adviser and Trustee for the International Physical Literacy Association (IPLA), he supports the growth of Physical Literacy across multiple countries.

He has contributed to different Sports Policies at country and different provinces level. All these policies have physical literacy as a core pillar.

Dr. Amit has conducted physical literacy related training/orientation program in more than 50000 schools, 20 universities and 10 corporate across India.  

His impactful work includes collaborations with India’s sports legends Pullela Gopichand (national coach-India badminton) and Abhinav Bindra (India’s first individual Olympic gold medallist).  

He is IOC (International Olympic Committee) certified Master Trainer of Olympic Values Education Program reaching 12 million school children across India. He has also contributed to various coaches’ education programs across multiple sports.

He is a doctorate in management and bachelors in technology. Before coming to Physical literacy and sports profession, he was an Associate Director at Grant Thornton in business advisory services. He has published case study in Harvard Business School.
