陈佩杰，上海体育大学原校长、教授、博士生导师。
长期从事运动医学研究，在运动性免疫抑制诊断与评价、“体医结合”运动康复、儿童青少年体质健康评估等领域有卓越贡献。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项，国自然国际会议1项，国家科技支撑计划课题1项、国家重点研发计划专项1项，国家社科基金重大项目2项。兼任国务院学位委员会第八届体育学学科评议组第一召集人，全国高等学校体育教学指导委员会副主任委员，中国体育科学学会副理事长，美国国家体育科学院国际院士，《Journal of Sport and Health Science》（SCI/SSCI期刊）主编，《上海体育大学学报》主编。

Professor Chen is a leading expert in sports medicine, specializing in exercise-induced immunosuppression, sports rehabilitation, and youth physical health assessment. He has led multiple national projects, including four funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and serves on key national committees.
He is the first convener of the Physical Education Discipline Evaluation Group of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and holds roles in the National Higher Education Physical Education Teaching Steering Committee and the Chinese Society of Sports Science. Internationally, he is an academician of the U.S. National Academy of Sports Sciences.
Professor Chen is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Sport and Health Science and Journal of Shanghai University of Sport.
