Li Shichen, Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the College of Physical Education, Hunan Normal University. Received Master's degree from the New York University and Ph.D. from the Central South University, and later engaged in postdoctoral research in Human Movement Science.
She has led or participated in six national/provincial projects, including one from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one from the Hunan Provincial Social Science Foundation, two teaching-reform projects of Hunan Provincial Colleges and Universities, an Outstanding Youth Project of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, and a provincial innovation and entrepreneurship training programs for undergraduates. She has authored more than 20 SCI/CSSCI-indexed journal articles. She holds the National Second-Class Psychological Counselor Professional Qualification Certificate and serves as a council member of the Hunan Disabled Persons’ Sports Association.
Research Focus: Sports and mental health promotion.
