The undergraduate team—comprising students from the Gymnastics Department, including three national-level elite athletes and eight national-level first-class athletes—delivered an exceptional routine titled Breaking Free, Turning the World. Guided by Teachers Chen Bingxin and Kong Xiangrui, the team used high-difficulty movements and powerful artistry to embody the theme “My life is up to me.” Their performance, inspired by the film Ne Zha, featured rich layering and expressive choreography, earning the highest score of 10.08 and both top awards.

Meanwhile, the graduate team, led by Teacher Li Ping, presented To Youth, a nostalgic and emotionally rich performance that journeyed through time using imagery and movement. With fluid formations and precise execution, the team demonstrated deep professionalism, scoring 9.80 and winning both awards.

From the semi-finals to the final, students demonstrated resilience, growth, and unity. Their performances highlighted the balance of strength and grace, capturing the spirit of modern youth.

This competition not only celebrated the aerobics excellence of Hunan Normal University but also reflected the college’s commitment to holistic student development. The achievements are a testament to dedicated training and high-quality instruction, positioning the students for future success on even larger stages.
