布特，湖南师范大学教授、博士生导师。
研究方向为体育哲学、体育公共管理与治理、体育产业、足球改革。主持完成国家、省部级课题10项，参与完成国家重大、国家一般、省部级课题12项，出版体育哲学研究专著10部，主编或副主编体育管理学教材4部；先后在《北京体育大学学报》《上海体育学院学报》等刊物发表文章60多篇。现任湖南省体育产业研究所所长、体育学院运动健康系主任，湖南师范大学国家体育总局人文社科基地、湖南省体育公共服务研究基地首席专家，兼任天津体育学院硕士生导师、温州大学硕士生导师、北京体育大学冰雪文化研究中心学术委员会委员。

Professor Te Bu specializes in sports philosophy, public management and governance, the sports industry, and football reform. He has led 10 national and provincial-level research projects and participated in 12 others at various levels. His academic output includes 10 monographs on sports philosophy, 4 textbooks on sports management, and over 60 articles in leading journals such as Journal of Beijing Sport University and Journal of Shanghai University of Sport.
He is Director of the Hunan Provincial Sports Industry Research Institute, Head of the Department of Sports Health, and Chief Expert at both the National Sports Administration Humanities and Social Sciences Base and the Hunan Sports Public Service Research Base. He also holds visiting and advisory roles at institutions including Tianjin University of Sport, Wenzhou University, and Beijing Sport University.
