方千华，福建师范大学党委常委、副校长，教授、博士生导师。
享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家，教育部国家重大人才工程特聘教授。主持国家社科基金重大、重点等省部级以上科研项目10余项，出版学术专著、教材9部，曾获国家级高等教育教学成果奖、教育部人文社科优秀成果奖、霍英东教育基金高校青年教师奖、福建省五四青年奖章等荣誉。

Professor Fang is a nationally recognized scholar in physical education and sports studies. A recipient of the State Council Special Allowance and a Distinguished Professor under the Ministry of Education’s Major Talent Program, he has led over 10 key research projects and authored 9 academic monographs and textbooks.
His honors include the National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, the Ministry of Education’s Outstanding Achievement Award in Humanities and Social Sciences, the Huo Yingdong Young Faculty Award, and the Fujian Provincial May Fourth Youth Medal.
