马卫平，湖南师范大学继续教育学院原院长，教授，博士生导师。
主要研究领域为体育哲学、学校体育学、体育教育训练学。湖南师范大学学位委员会委员、湖南师范大学教学委员会委员，湖南省体育科学学会常务理事、中国体育科学学会会员。主持国家社会科学基金、教育部哲学社会科学研究后期资助课题等国家、省部级课题10余项，在国内核心期刊发表论文50余篇，出版专著或教材10余本。先后担任湖南师范大学体育学院党委副书记，副院长、校友总会秘书长、继续教育学院院长。

Professor Ma is a respected scholar in philosophy of sport, school physical education, and sports pedagogy. He serves on multiple academic and sports science committees, including the University’s Academic Degree and Teaching Committees, and holds leadership roles in provincial and national sports research associations.
He has led over 10 national and provincial research projects, including National Social Science Fund and Ministry of Education initiatives. Professor Ma has published more than 50 papers in core journals and authored or co-authored over 10 monographs and textbooks. His past administrative roles include Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean of the School of Sport Science and Secretary-General of the Alumni Association at Hunan Normal University.
